Product Returns/Refund Exchange Policy

Refund and Return Policy
At Packaging Dynasty, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you receive products that do not meet your specifications or are defective, please notify us within 3 working days of receiving your order by emailing us at sales@packagingdynasty.com.

Company’s Fault:
If the issue is determined to be the company’s fault, we will offer a free reprint of your order. Please note that chargebacks are not an option. The determination of defects will be made by the Packaging Dynasty management team, who will review and confirm the issue.

Client’s Fault:
If the issue is determined to be on the customer’s side and a reprint is required, the entire order must be returned within 10 working days at the customer’s expense. Along with the returned items, proper documentation of defects and digital photographs must be provided. A reprint will be charged as per company policy.
If a refund is still desired, the printed items must be returned, and a refund will be issued after deducting setup and shipping costs.
